Refund policy
Limited Lifetime Warranty:
Each repair, exchange, return or resizing is handled on a case by case basis. These rings are handmade with excellent craftsmanship that is backed with a limited lifetime warranty! Why limited? Some of our rings utilize rare materials that may not be able to be sourced again to repair parts of a ring or make a new one. These type of rings are not covered under the warranty.
To start any process, you can email us at info@marimargalleria.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@marimargalleria.com.
We will not accept returns on ANY custom orders. With SPECIAL CUSTOM WORK (one of a kind creations), we send photos of progress. Once the final photo has been approved the ring will ship. There is no "buyer's remorse" or "I don't like it".
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your ring upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damage that is caused by the consumer WILL NOT be covered under our limited lifetime warranty. This could include improper use of ring, exposing ring to chemicals such as acetone, loss, and theft. Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom orders, gift cards, items with gold, or exotic/rare materials (ring will state in the description if the materials being used are exotic or rare such as Tyrannosaurus Rex teeth). Each ring uses original hand and selected specimens. In the event that we repair or remake a ring, the buyer understands that each specimen or piece we use is different each time. This ensures that no two rings are ever the same! MariMar Galleria is not liable to create exact replacements or repairs.
Exchanges:
Sizing your ring is important and we encourage you to have your sizing done at a professional jeweler. However, we understand that things happen. In the event you order the wrong size for yourself or for someone else as a gift, we can offer 1 free resizing within seven (7) business days upon receiving the ring. The ring must be returned within ten (10) business days or showing progress of the package being in route. Shipping costs will be at the expense of the buyer. Ring must be in its original condition with complete packaging (ring box, ring box padded inlay, microfiber cloth, ring pouch, and UV keychain - included when purchasing a ring that glows). Buyers are responsible for any loss in value or packaging.
