Shipping policy

All of our rings are handmade by the two owners and designers, Jennifer and Scott. Our current lead time for all of our rings is currently 3-5 weeks. While we strive to get your order shipped within our current estimated timelines, by placing an order, you are acknowledging production delays may occur due to situations beyond our control. This could include heavy order volume during wedding season or special holiday, material shortage, or shipping delays. We will do our best to notify you if any delays do occur in a timely fashion. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order or are needing your order sooner than the current estimated timeline (i.e. for a wedding), email us at info@marimargalleria.com. If a ring is or style is currently listed then that means we feel comfortable with the amount of materials to continue to make that ring. In the event too many sell at once and we are unable to make your ring. You will be notified immediately and refunded.

We are currently only shipping within the USA. If you are located internationally, please contact us to see if we can assist you! We are also only shipping via UPS and Priority Mail due to shipping cost and reliability. If other shipping options become more viable, we will update them and make them available at checkout.
